Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, with any seals intact, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your order number or proof of purchase.
Important: A return must be requested and approved before you send anything back; items sent back without an approved request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal-care items (including scalp/hair sprays that have been opened) cannot be returned. We also can't accept returns on sale items, bundles that have been opened, or gift cards. If you're unsure about your item, get in touch first.
Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if it's approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Why tighter than before: opened/used cosmetics are non-returnable industry-standard, and "empty bottle = refund" invites serial refunders and kills margin. We still make it right for genuine damage/defects — that protects reputation without bleeding profit.
